I’m so grateful that the good Lord brought this business here to SAL. I patronized the NYC one weekly. Unfortunately, here there’s a lot of discrimination practiced in their serving order. It’s not standard 1st come 1st served. They pretend you are invisible until all the other new comers are served and then they will acknowledge you. I experienced this again Saturday evening with each of the 3 girls working. 10-30-21 Blatant practices are at this establishment for absolute sureness. It’s highly practiced at this business. It’s a disgrace. Beware.

I brought my children and their friends for ice cream and since I was here I was craving an Amazon Bowl but the despotic and rude attitude of one of the young women who attends discouraged me and I only ended up ordering the ice creams for the children at Cold Stone. I understand that the stress of work and the intention of fulfilling all the orders can be stressful but, I did not even have the opportunity to order because I only asked one question and the bad attitude of the young woman was enough to desist from ordering.
