Pancho Villas Mexican Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Salisbury

Used to eat here at least once a week but gave it a break for awhile. Tonight we decided to go back and that will be our last visit! Service was awful. We would ask the waiter for this or that and he bring one thing forget the other. Example: Asked for more salsa and chips he brings salsa and no chips. No drink refills not once. So we asked for 2 boxes to go and 2 containers for the cheese dip remainder and the remaining pico and salsa. He brings one box and a very small container with a cup and lid. I asked for another cup and lid to put the salsa and pico in. I then asked for a coke to go as I didn't care for the Mello Yellow. He got an attitude like it was an issue to change the drink. He brings everything but the drink back. I asked again for the drink. Mind you we have 2 cups, and one box and then a drink when I get and he brings no bag. He did bring a bag of chips back to us and I thought well that is good cuz we have left over pico/salsa and cheese dip. We waited and waited for the check. My husband and to ask for a to go and the check. I review the check to find a charge for $1.00 for the bag of chips and a charge for the container. I took the bag of chips to the check out and advised I was not paying for those since I didn't ask for them and then asked about the container charge. The lady looked like she was mad becuase I asked. She didn't say anything removed the charges and I left the bag of chips on the counter. Customer service would have been go ahead a take the chips but they probably put them back in the warmer and yep I had taken out a few chips but what if I had spit in them or something just saying. $50+ for Fajitas for 2 a large cheese dip and a large pico and 2 drinks little pricey and wasn't that great. Cheese dip was watery. Fajitas had too many green pepper and not enough onion. A few months ago I rated this place with 3 stars because the food was OK but the service was terrible. We have been going about once a month for a long time and things have not improved. This evening we made our monthly trip and once again we couldn't get the attention of the staff once we were seated and placed our drink order, even though the place was almost empty. Later we tried to add to our order, finally got the waitress as she sailed by, placed an order for additional food, and then she disappeared (taking a break? went home?) and we waited and waited for our food (you can't flag down the staff if they are busy eating a meal in the corner or hanging around the bar) until finally someone came by and asked if we needed anything else. I explained that I had placed an additional order and it was brought out right away. However, it had obviously been prepared right after I ordered it about 15 full minutes prior, but by the time it was brought out the meat was cold and the crispy taco shells were soggy and falling apart. The place was better back when it was on Innes street, but now it's dumpy and run down looking and the current waitress is terrible. I can't see any...

We have been going here for years and this evening ruined it for us. We will not be returning. We went to eat dinner on a Monday night. When we arrived, the front doors were locked. Parking lot was full and restaurant was open based on hours posted on the door. We called the restaurant, was told that there was a big party and then a member of the wait staff came out side. She said there was a large party , they were waiting on 6-7 more tables and were not taking any more customers. Then she said that we could come in but they would take the order of the larger party first and we would have to wait. Needless to say we left. As we were leaving the wait staff locked the door again. We watched as several other customers went to the door and were told the same thing. First off, it is against fire code to lock main doors while the business is operating! Second, no restaurant should lock paying customers out of the building because there is a large party that your kitchen and wait staff cannot handle.
