My husband has been with UPS for 30 years. I’ve had to utilize legal services through Russ Monahan on a few occasions over the years, and felt like his services were mediocre at best. Today when I ask for assistance with my primary residence HOA, concerning a matter of my neighbors light post being connected to my power bill, and the $2 credit home owners have received for the last 25 years without cost of living increases being taken into account, Russ told me that it wasn’t a legal matter and hung up on me. I was in shock at his unprofessionalism as an Utah Idaho Teamster Attorney. There have been a few issues over the years that I’ve had with Russ, but I kept quiet and allowed him to disrespect me because I thought he was our only UPS attorney of choice. Would not even give it a 1 rating!!! This law office should be ashamed to have someone like Russel practicing because when what he did unfolds will have a major effect in this office, I have Emails dated back to 2018 that I’m sure he already tried to delete but to think that he would take advantage of my situation to benefit himself is wrong in so many ways and believe me when I say I will make sure you don’t do this to a single mother ever again!!!! And if you think I don’t have any of the Emails no wonder you didn’t want to go to court thinking I would settle to you...

Do not use! They will contact you for forms no matter the circumstances. I was contacted on the day my grandmother died and was inundated with calls and text messages about how important it was for a form to be filled out.
