Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Sammamish

Order an Original Charburger with cheese, with onion rings, and a drink. It came to about $14.

The burger was nice and hot...dripping with grease. However, the meat didn't taste fresh. It tasted like the patty was frozen and taken out to be cooked on the burner. With all the fixings, it wasn't bad though. I definitely had worse burgers. The onions on top of the burger were fabulous. The lettuce was crispy and tomatato had a nice crunch to it.

The onion rings were great. Probably the best thing I had from the order.

Strawberry lemonade was good, similiar to what you get at Red Robin.

Overall, if you are going to spend $15 on a burger, fries/onion rings, and drink, I would go elsewhere. I think Red Robin and Five Guys have better burgers, use better quality meat, and gives you tons of food for the money. I didn't feel value in the food quality and quantity that I got from Habit Burger.

But, Habit Burgers do have a Family bundles with 4 burgers, 4 fries and chicken bites for about $25. That is pretty good value there at about $6.50 a combo, minus the drink.

I think everyone should try it at least once and make there own decision. For me, I rather drive and spend my money on Chick-fil-A...

I’ve gotten takeout from this place at least 3 times.

This location is so bad compared to the Issaquah one. It’s poorly managed, and the workers here don’t know proper customer service.

Burgers are not packed properly for takeout, or they are just sloppily put together.

Poor leadership and even worse customer service from this branch.

The last time I ordered a burger from here was about a year ago. My order was ready for pickup, as I could see it on the counter.

I could see they were running behind on orders, and there was one person in front of me at the register. As soon as the female cashier was done ringing up the order for the person in front of me, she just looked at me and walked away. Not even a, “We’ll be with you in just a minute.” - anything that would show that she was even a little bit trained at customer service. She didn’t come back for a few minutes. Once she did, I just had to tell her, “I just need to pick up my burger that’s ready on the counter.”

Never went back to this branch even though this one is much closer than the other one...

I wish this location can pay more attention to details. I tried it twice this month and result is mixed.

First, I want to say their chicken sandwich with ciabatta, grilled onion and teriyaki sauce is just amazing if done right. If you never been in habit burger, please try it!

On both of my pickup orders they forgot to put side sauces that were included. Yes I got no ranch for the salad I ordered just empty slot where it supposed to be. Fries and onion rings that come with ketchup and ranch never had anything with it. Yep its not cool to get home and have fries with nothing to dip it in.

My last order was not freshly made 100%. Burger looked like someone sat on them. Buns were burned to black and had bitter teste. Onion rings were crispy but fridge cold inside, how this even possible to achieve?

But the most disappointment came with my favorite teriyaki chicken sandwich which had NO teriyaki sauce:(
