First off i will never shop in the ingrham mall dillards again omg .. first off i only use Coach or Michael Kors handbags .. well it was my birthday today and i had recieved 4 giftcards from family and my fiancee. In total of 1700.00 . I was ready to spend it sll on a few new handbag sets . Well i tried for 20 minutes to find someone who would help me , big mistake assuming that. But the worse part was when i did find a young man to help me at the Coach area. To be looked down his nose at me and make the comment Ummm I Really dont think you can afford anything from here. HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME !!!!!!. I WAS LIKE UMMM OKAY . I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER PLEASE .HE THEN LOOKS AT ME AND STATES MY MANAGER HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THEN TO HEAR ME GRIPE ABOUT NOTHING. AT THIS POINT I WAS FURIOUS .. AS I WAS WALKING AWAY ,ONE OF THE SWEET YOUNG LADIES I HAD PURCHASED HANDBAGS FROM THERE ASKED ME WHAT WAS WRONG WHEN I TOLD HER WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED SHE WAS HORRIFIED AS WELL . SHE GOT THE MANAGER FOR ME .ITS A GOOD THING I VIDEOED HOW POORLY I WAS TREATED .I SHOWEF THE MANAGER .SHE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID WELL HE WAS WRONG BUT YOU DONT LOOK LIKE YOU COULD AFFORD THOSE PURSES . AT THIS POINT OMFG ...I LOOKED AT HER GOT HER NAME AS WELL I CONTACTED THE HOME OFFICE AND SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISOR SENT A COPY OF THE VIDEO OF WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED TODAY.. THEY WERE HORRIFIED ,BY THE TREATMENT I RECIEVED ... AND TOOK THEIR NAMES DOWN ... LOL I BET NOTHING GETS DONE . PLAIN IN ALL I WAS IN A NICE PAIR OF JEANS A VERY TASTEFUL BLOUSE HEELS AND HAIR IN A BUN .. OK SO IM NOT A MODEL.. BUT WHO THE HELL ARE YOU TO JUDGE SOMEONE BY THEIR CLOTHES .. Read more[ ] Unfortunate experience, for an item which I didn't have a receipt for but the tag was still on it. These two staff answered me very rudely with two different answers. One said 'no, of course you can't if you don't have receipt there's nothing WE can do', the other replying 'we can give you the last sale price and that will be 60% off The two members of the 'crew' , one departure supervisor (Anel Aguilar and the operations Manager I ( Andy Lopez)proceeded to then argue for several minutes about the returns/exchange policy. After been on Hold for 24 minutes for the District Manager Mrs. Dumas , I walked away from them. By this point I was absolutely upset with the incompetent appalling customer service in what is considered for a successful business. I left, furious, having wasted 45 minutes in your store. Read moreI waited at the James Avery counter for 10 minutes for someone to help me. And when someone came and helped me they were just in the accessory bay helping folding Kendra Scott paper. And then dhe started to help another associate with a customer that the associate was already helping. She helped the associate bag... She saw us standing there and didn't acknowledge. I asked for charms she told she was out on all the three charms I wanted and I understand. It's the holidays. She didn't offer to check if other locations had them. I had to ask her to check. After I asked her to check she said rolling oaks had 4. And I asked her to call. She just repeated herself. And I asked her to call again. I know the system can be off on counts. She wasn't happy that I made her call. And then she told me they didn't answer. So I called in front of her and they answered. And they told me they had none.
