Disappointed with the New Management and Service I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, frequently making purchases and returns without any issues. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed.

I had lost my receipt for a bag and sweater (under the same order), so I contacted customer service, who assured me that everything would be handled at the store. However, when I arrived, I was treated as though I was doing something wrong. The worker acted like she didnt know her job so then got the manager which then both rolled their eyes, slammed the bag I was returning onto the table, and curtly said, 'There' and left. They even made snarky remarks to each other.

As a wheelchair user, I couldn’t try on the sweater until I got home, and when I realized it didn’t fit, I made sure to return it within the 30-day window. Despite this, the manager’s tone and attitude made me feel as though I was being accused of lying about the return period. (Until they searched my order and I was correct 🙄)

It would have been far better if they had politely explained the situation or if they didnt want to do it then tell me sorry i couldn't process the return, rather than making me feel so unwelcome. From the fun and boho decor to the friendliest staff at LaCantera... the drive from Cibolo is worth it just to shop at THIS store!! I pop in about once a month and I always leave happy whether I made a purchase or not. The latest experience is what caused me to write this review, as I made a purchase that I just wasn’t pleased with and THIS STAFF PATIENTLY worked with me through 3 separate visits ( I travel a lot with work) until we found something I Didn’t just Like 😏... but that I LOVED 🥰🥰🥰!!! The clothes stores I've been in before are really nice. Once I walked in here even to explore and not buy, i still had a good time. I was surprised at how quiet it was despite the mall having a big influx of people at that time. If I remember correctly, the manager does choose who does and doesn't let change as it mostly aims towards women in the amount and the number of clothes they sell.
