What you need to know before shopping:

-don't shop an hour before closing time, they won't let you try clothes on because they close the dressing rooms early, which is great for employees because they get to go home 5 minutes sooner, but it's a bad customer experience.

-Be sure you have a chance to make sure it fits before you pay for it -- they won't give you your money back even if you keep the tags on and keep your receipt, how inconvenient it was to find out there are no refunds after you've already paid and left the store and THEN your receipt tells you everything.

No one in the store did anything to resolve my issue after talking to 3 people in-store, making 2 trips over 2 different days, and even speaking to the apathetic corporate manager of Texas for Madrag. I tried on clothes the next day when the rooms were open to try to use up the only store credit they'd give me for what didn't fit, I tried to meet them halfway, tried on more clothes, but the only other clothes I could find were cheap/ill-fitting, or had no range of sizes in-stock, REALLY not giving me much to work with! Just not a fun experience. I'm a size small/medium in most everything but be warned, sizes seem to run even smaller.

Cutthroat, not customer-service focused, unbelievable waste of my time; I communicated to them that I was here visiting, won't be back in SA and not even sure when/if I'll ever be back, they still wouldn't be reasonable like any other place I've ever shopped at. Congrats, you get to keep my $50 but now you have this unpleasant review for having zero empathy for my frustration and not even attempting to resolve my concern. Never really had a problem here, I shop here often but, I will say last weekend I got a pair of pants that had blue stains of some sort on them and when I went to exchange them today they questioned me and asked if they sold them to me like that 🤔 I said yes and they did exchange them but, they were acting like they were confused they sold them to me like that. Also as we went to leave my husband and I saw a shirt hanging up with a stain too. So idk they have good clothes at good prices but, just be careful and look at the clothes...

Me and my wife were interested in seeing things in the store as any paying customer would . The two lady’s were standing in the front entrance and were already giving us ugly looks but we continued to look around , they kept an eye on us the whole time in the store made it very uncomfortable to shop . As we’re walking out the store the elderly lady walked behind us I guess thinking we were going to steal something . It was very rude and very judgemental .
