They carry truly unique ornaments, designed by world renowned artists; much of which have extreme details, and it’s those details for which you pay big bucks. Yes, the prices can be a bit on the expensive side, but Hallmark Ornaments are worth it, and passes the test of time.

Hallmark Ornaments are one of a kind, unique, extremely detailed and last decades. Families can pass Hallmark Ornaments on to their children and their children’s children. I have done this. The young girl I spoke to was very kind but the other employee, an older women with a green mask that had the b on it, was outright awful. As a customer I felt like leaving the store after asking her a question. I was wondering if they had lemax christmas village items, she then proceeded to yell “ Hallmark! Hallmark! Hallmark!” in order to prove her point that they only sale Hallmark brands. They do in fact sell other brands other than Hallmark. Then as I was trying to recover and walk away she stated “it is a Hallmark store we are going to sell our stuff first” I then responded by saying “sorry I asked”. Customers should not have to apologize for asking about a product. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to go to this location. I loved the store, I love Christmas but one bad apple ruined it all for me! Do better...

Beyond mad!! Spending literally over $200 just in ornaments in your store after driving right at an hour to get to your store! When my son with Autism asked to use the restroom you directed us across the shopping center to Starbucks. I refuse to shop at business that pull "we don't have a public restroom" garbage! When customers are shopping in your store it's pretty insane to direct them to leave and return to your store!
