To start I will say that the dirty chai I got was amazing. A perfect mixture of coffee and the chai wasnt overpowering. This was my first time coming here as I am visiting San Diego from Phoenix with friends and just wanted to grab a quick weekend coffee across from our Airbnb while waiting for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. We were finishing our order with the bald cashier and wanted to pay for our friends order as well. Not even 30 seconds later as our friend finished picking what he wanted, the cashier goes, very rudely, “come on guys I’ll take whoever’s ready” and was extremely impatient with us as we have never ordered here before and there was no one in line behind us… safe to say next time I come to San Diego, I will be searching...
Read moreI'm not really sure what to say at this point. I usually go there every morning and the baristas there know my order. But lately it just feels as though the guy that works there is super moody and depending on his audience is either friendly or rude. I just know that I won't be coming back here and it's unfortunate because I live right down the street from it. Please do something about this because it really is an unfortunate experience when you're coming to get your coffee and enjoy your morning but then you're met with such rude service. Just know that you're representing a company not yourself. If you could wrap your head around that I think you would do...
Read moreNot exactly helpful service.. An employee recommended my drink be made against my request...and his reasoning was not helpful or accurate. I asked if I needed a key for the women's restroom or if it's out of order and the man's is for everyone at the moment. The reply was thats the quartyards thing. I tether my dog in the turf area so I can find the key and watch a seahorse employee walk up to the women's restroom, use a key with a large wooden fob, do their business and, lock the door, and walk back to the coffee shop with the key.
