I just spent $5 on the WORST salt water taffy ever. The taffy was very hard (old?) and none of them had flavor. The caramel was ok but I threw out the rest. I would have returned the purchase if I still had been in the shopping area. No one else was in the shop and it's no wonder. NOW the owner added that they weren't open at the time of purchase. I have a receipt. Also, I was NEVER offered ANY samples. I even had to ask where a bag was to collect my candy for purchase. This is not a BOGUS complaint.
