The massage was okay. I came in the room for the massage at 5:10pm, they got it done at 6pm, so 50 min massage instead of 60 min massage I bought. Hot stone was not included, even though I paid for it. So I was not getting all the time and the hot stone service i paid for. Definitely felt cheated. At the front desk I brought it up to them, they brushed it off like nothing happened. They pointed at the hot stone service and said it was only a $10 add on so it’s nothing. And even when I paid for it, not getting it was fine they said 😳 And said they “forgot” that I was supposed to get 60 mins. Then demanded a tip. I called and was immediately able to get in for a 60 minute massage. Upon arrival everyone greeted me politely, the place was very clean, and I went into my room to start my massage. The masseuse Peter asked me what pressure I liked and checked on his pressure and asked me if it was good. That part made me very happy cause he really wanted to make sure I was comfortable! My entire massage he was consistent with his pressure and was so amazing! I have been to high end spas like glen ivy, and have been getting massages for over 20 years at numerous places, but Peter was by far the absolute best masseuse I’ve ever had! My wife and I made an appointment for 90 minutes and asked for only female massage therapists. 15 minutes into my massage, they switch the female for their male massage therapist. The massages hurt and were not relaxing. Despite us both asking for less pressure. They only take cash and do not tell you that until after the massage. We had enough cash to pay and provide a little tip. However, the tip amount was not what they wanted and wanted us to pay more. Never have I ever had someone demand we pay more! We told them no, we paid for a 90-minute massage and only got a 60-minute massage. They didn't even deserve a tip. I would not go back to this place or recommend...
