HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! EXTREMELY RUDE/AGGRESSIVE MANAGER. POOR QUALITY.

Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Came in for a 12:30 appointment but was NOT seen until close to 12:50/1pm by Joy, the manager. She did not apologize. I didn’t say anything about it. Then was given to someone else to do my nails. (Another patron next to me indicated that they were never on time for her appointments either). The women were rude and short with me and called me picky because I had chosen a design, that Joy said she could do but the other woman said she could not do. I said I could come back the next day so it wasn’t rushed since I had an appt that they had said I had plenty of time to make it to (when I made the appt with Joy). When I paid they even grabbed my phone before I could leave, knowing I was in a hurry because I was now late to my other appointment. They did this to make sure the payment went through.

Nails started chipping (gel) the NEXT day. Called to come in for a fix. Came in and in “fixing” the nails, color came off but they said they could not find the color to fix it and would charge me if I changed the color or design to anything else.

I asked to speak with Joy about the fix and also that I was upset about the customer service the two days before. Joy began yelling at me and leaning into my face telling me to go elsewhere. This was in front of everyone in the salon. She said that I was a difficult client and accused me of being picky about some previous design I had never gotten. I told her I had only been there three times and that all but this last time she had done my nails. She insinuated I was lying.

She also accused me of not tipping. I showed her my Venmo with the tip amount. She said she never got that tip. I asked her who I had sent the Venmo to and she said it was the owner. I asked why she would not have gotten the tip I sent to the Venmo they showed me to send money to and she said “I don’t want to talk about that.”

Then she continued to yell at me. When I tried to talk she said loudly, in front of everyone, “I’ll just let you talk until you’re done because clearly you don’t understand.”Then she threw the money for the nails on the table and told me to leave (with my nails now half done because they had taken off the top layer of clear gel).

I used to tell people to go here. But I have NEVER had WORSE customer service. I’m still in shock at how utterly demoralizing and rude and uncaring Joy (the manager) was. Needless to say I will not be recommending this place ever...

i do not care to get a refund. i do not care if you are sorry. i am writing this review because nobody should ever have to experience what i did.

important things to note before i start this review: -appointment was on 09/20/24 at 9:30 AM -the reference picture is the one with the square tips -i am vietnamese

🚩 the nail tech had an entire conversation talking bad about me in vietnamese to her coworker. -i understood their conversation. -i still sat there and smiled and acted like i didn't understand.

🚩 the nail tech cut my grown out nails just to add extensions to them after i told her the length i have now is "perfect." -she asks me if i like my length. i said it is the perfect length. she proceeds to cut them after i answered her question.... ???!!!?!

🚩 the nail tech hurt me with the power tool THREE times. the third time she hurt me it stung so bad that i had to pull my hand away from her. -did not ask if i was okay -did not check if i bled or if she ripped my skin

🚩 the nail tech horribly executed the reference picture -please zoom in on my nails. it is SO much worse up close -if you cannot do designs, that's fine. but don't make me your guinea pig -i am having a full blown anxiety attack at this point

the nail tech was wearing a white shirt with light tan/beige wind pants.

this may be the worst experience i've ever had getting my nails done. you burned off/ripped my skin with the power tool, and the nails and design was done SO poorly. you had the nerve to talk bad about me in viet and then proceed to give me the worst manicure i ever had. there is no way in hell this nail tech actually has a license.

i never complained and continued to smile like nothing was wrong even though i was incredibly anxious and stressed. i STILL tipped you 20% even though you didn't deserve it. you people are lucky i went to therapy. karma will come...

The woman cut me with the e file so bad and so deep, it still hurt over a week later. Oh, and the nail tech blamed me for her mistake.

I was out of town and decided to try and find a local place to get my acrylic nails filled. I called ahead to ask if they could take me, I was 10 minutes away.

When I got there it was crowded with a party of young girls and the nail techs were running around in circles. Another woman was waiting to be seen and kept saying she could come back another day seeing they were so busy (a regular customer I assume).

The woman doing my nails began after I sat in the chair for 20 minutes and I relaxed as one does in a nail salon, watching the news on the TV behind her and looked out the window as people passed, checking my phone, etc. As she worked a nail tech came over to her and started asking her for things and was talking over my shoulder invading my space, I couldn't understand her but it seemed she was demanding that she had her things.

The nail tech doing my nails must have stopped looking at what she was doing because a I felt a sharp needle stab on the side of my nail and pulled my hand away. She looked at me like I was crazy and when I looked at my finger it already had a large drop of blood - and then she told me I needed to relax!!! I told her I was watching the TV and maybe she should give the other nail tech what she needed so she could pay more attention.

I stayed and let her finish the service, she gave me $5 off. My finger hurt for two weeks after anytime I went to pick up...

I had an appointment at 5:45 pm. I was there by 5:40 and checked in. I waited until 6:15 when a nail tech finally got me and ushered me to a table. There was no apology for the wait. I was then told that I couldn’t do gel polish with tips and that I would have to wait for a different nail tech. A different nail tech did my nails in a hurried fashion, as I believe they close at 7pm. My nails were rushed and poorly done. They employees were doing closing procedures and ignoring me as my nails were getting finished. I waited around for someone to notice that I still needed to pay, but everyone seemed preoccupied with counting their money and closing the shop. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I wasn’t pleased with this shop’s professionalism or capabilities.

REVISED! I did go back and the girl doing my nails did a FANTASTIC JOB! ———— First time getting gel x. Wasn’t crazy impressed. Huge gap between the nail and cuticle bed, but painted with gel in space. Does not look professional. Cuticles are SO SORE and irritated. Asked to have my cuticles soaked and cut back before but was told the polishing tool would do it. Super painful and irritated now
