Mr. Moto Pizza - Point Loma — Restaurant in San Diego

Our first time at Mr. Moto Pizza and we were so disappointed. We ordered using the app and set a pick up time at 6:30pm. My husband got to the store at 6:30 for pick up and nothing was ready. He then waiting until 7:05 for them to finally have what we thought was our order ready. Thank goodness he checked it because they were missing two of our items. He went back in for the missing salad and knots from our family meal deal that then took another 30 minutes to make. He didn’t get all the food from our 6:30 pick up until 7:30. By the time he was home with our food the pizza, wings, and pasta were completely cold because he had to wait another half an hour after receiving that food for our missing items. Workers didn’t seem to care at all, and there was another woman there with her kids that had also set a pickup time for 6:30 and didn’t receive her items until 7:30. Getting food out is so expensive now, I feel I completely wasted my money...

Great food, awful service.

Been going to this location for 3 years and the wait time for take out orders has been horrible. It’s never ready on time, minimum 5-10 minute wait past what the confirmation says. Yes, delays happen from time to time. But tonight I had to wait 37 minutes passed the confirmation time.

When I went to grab my order, they scrolled the screen for my order, found my name and handed me a pizza. I also ordered a pasta and extra sauces and when I asked about that I received a blank stare. They went back to the screen and said oh… yeah. That will be 10 minutes. 35 minutes later after going back up a second time to ask on an update they gave me a bag with the pasta and the pizzas. No sauces.

You need to train your staff to read and confirm the whole order and either adjust the pickup times or allow them to edit based on how busy the...

After some recommendations from a friend we decided to come to Mr Moto to try out their Pizza. They fairly are new in this neighborhood but I heard that they have multiple locations throughout San Diego and they're pretty popular. My friends and I came here on Sunday evening too busy. The line does go pretty quick though. We ended up deciding to get the hulk and Rocky mountain Pizza. The ricotta on the Rocky mountain Pizza was so delicious. It just melted in your mouth. The Hulk was also a hit. How could you go wrong with a bunch of meat on a pizza. I could see why they're popular. The crust was a nice crispy thin and the sauce had a nice ting to it. Will definitely be coming back to try some...
