Where do I begin other than to say I love this place!! It is always decorated so beautifully and the ambiance is serene. Martin, the manager at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful.
But here's the stuff you actually want to know:
Christina is the BEST!!! She is super friendly, funny and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the services/products the salon offers!! She answers my many questions patiently and with expert advice. Christina also happens to know how to do lash extensions INSANELY WELL! My lashes have never been so beautiful and she is always accommodating with my chaotic schedule, which is sooo nice. I have never gotten so many compliments before on my eyelash extensions (I used to go to another place before I found Christina) - I feel like a beautiful princess with them!!!! It never hurts or is uncomfortable and I enjoy the "girl time" chatting with her. :) HYDRA FACIAL - OMG!! I had no idea what to expect when I got one but I am so impressed!!!!! It didn't hurt at all, didn't take a long time, and I left not looking red AT ALL!!! Christina even let me look at the dirty liquid that came from sucking all the stuff from my face because I'm super nasty like that! hahaha. My face felt AMAZING after - omfg. My face has never looked or felt so clean, clear and soft. I can't wait to get my next one! I will never do any other type of facial again - I'm sold for life on the Hydra Facials!! The products: Wow. I am honestly horrible about sticking to a routine but after trying the face products I got from the salon, I actually WANT to put them on because the results are amazing. My skin has probably never felt so soft nor looked so good since I was a little baby/kid!! Who knew you had to use moisturizer!?! I SURE DIDN'T! lol I can't wait to buy more products next time I go! Parking is awesome. They have a lot behind the spa that is free and always has open parking spots.

Read moreLet me start out by saying the spa is gorgeous and I had high hopes. The owner has little regard for timing so prepare for your appointment to be late. I had a total of 3 laser hair removal sessions with them and the first time she was FIFTY minutes late, that's right, 5-0... I wish I was exaggerating. I was VERY upset and the excuse was simply that her previous client was chit chatty and the owner did not take it seriously what so ever.
My second appointment, I sat in the room waiting for 15 minutes before coming out to see why my appointment was late again. I said I had dinner plans and needed to be on time (which should not matter) so the owner proceeds to question my plans in a way that made me feel like she wanted to know why I was asking to get my appointment going vs. making conversation.
I really honestly hate to complain and am the first person to give positive feedback...I rarely leave negative reviews but I really felt it was needed if they want their new business to thrive. This is aside from the fact they keep a loud dog at the facility that is barking quite often which is not professional at all. People have other obligations / responsibilities and plan their schedules accordingly so it's not right to make clients wait 15+ minutes to even an hour for a scheduled appointment...and certainly not from a very high end spa. Read morewasnt going to write a review but this appointment is still haunting me after 2 weeks. Their receptionist or scheduling department needs serious oversight and customer service training.
They scheduled me the thursday before christmas at 5pm. then called me and asked me to come in earlier bc they close at 5pm...... then why did they book me 3 weeks earlier at 5pm? I told the receptionist I could not come in earlier and she did not hide her annoyance well. saying they did not have any other appointments after 4pm and they would have to wait for me, hoping it would change my mind so they all could leave work early. i did not. i later called to cancel bc i didnt want a disgruntle nurse helping me with anything when i came in. the receptionist was delighted i canceled and asked if i wanted to reschedule. I told them no. They rescheduled me anyway to Jan 3. Then called me on Jan 3 to tell me that my appointment needs to be moved from the morning to the afternoon.... i didnt even book that appointment. Not only that but they didnt even properly reference who was calling for what, they went straight into 'we need to change your appointment doctors to 140pm, can you come in?' and when i questioned further, they made it seem like i should know which doctor i booked with. seriously, what a...
