This is one of my favorite bars in San Diego, and that is saying a lot seeing as I don't even like wine that much. The house sangria is truly incredible. I enjoy the white more, but both are great. They have rotating wines from all over the world and 5 beers available. They have the Windy Hill IPA from Mikeller which is one of my favorite beers.

I've ordered all three of the charcuterie boards and love them all. The meats they give you are to die for. The feta, olives, pita plate and thr bruschetta are also very good. If you're eating a full meal I highly recommend that flat iron steak salad because it comes with the most insane chimichurri. The ceviche and the bruschetta are also worthwhile.

This is an ideal date spot, but is enjoyable with friends or even by yourself. One of my highest recommends out of everything I've reviewed!

This place is an absolute gem and I am tempted to give it a bad review in hopes that I will still be able to get a seat. I stopped by for lunch a few weeks ago and was absolutely blown away by the food, the service and the decor. The owner and chef, Christian Gomez, has handcrafted a marvelous experience. I was so impressed by my lunch that first day that I brought my wife and two friends back for happy hour the same afternoon. We ordered wine and two of everything on the happy hour menu then sat back and marveled at the variety of tastes and textures, the Jazz playing in the background and the warm wood and stone ambiance. If you are not into wine there is a pretty extensive beer list and Agua Fresca.

San Diego is a tourist town and we have a lot of phony, plastic, wannabe gourmet restaurants. Wet Stone is the real deal, when you get tired of eating the caricatures of food down in the Gaslamp take a short stroll up Banker's Hill for some absolutely...

The wine and food is always great here. Even my first time, the service was great too. However, this past time we went we made a reservation and confirmed it. When we arrived, they claimed the reservation was for an earlier time even though we had an email confirmation confirming our time. They were extremely rude and went back and forth with us as if it were our fault that Yelp had sent them the wrong time. They (through gritted teeth) sat us even though the establishment was fairly empty. The server was rude and short with us and overall provided a terrible experience from the moment we walked in. I use to love coming here and telling people about this place. Won’t...

It’s so hard for me to express how much I love this place! My friends also definitely agree; one’s even a regular here. We ordered during happy hour every one of the appetizers and a couple of entrees. My friend’s favorite was the guava quesadilla, my favorite was the hummus with pomegranate seeds, and the native who frequents here is a big fan of the bacon wrapped dates. I’m from out of town and have eaten at so many places but this venue has become my top favorite. The vibes, the wine selections, the music, the service, the flavors in the food—all of which made it a complete package.

Cute little wine bar tucked into Bankers Hill. Service was friendly and fun, which set a good tone right away. We ended up at a high top since we didn’t have a reservation, which was fine, though funny enough the place never got more than half full while we were there. Food was mostly average, but the bruschetta? Absolute standout — worth going back for that alone. Overall, it’s a cool local spot with a relaxed vibe, solid for a casual night out. I’d swing back again without hesitation.
