I have been using Julie for my hair since 2014 when she worked at Carlson & very new. She told me she was starting her own business so I went to her & left Carlson. I have been more than a loyal customer to her- even give her 25,% tip all the time. I have an early morning appt & I was sick & off from work for couple days but I did not want to cancel last minute. I told her I would be late & but Julie just cancelled on me & cancelled all future appointments. Many many times she was late & I had to wait on her but this time - I was late- she cancelled on me abruptly. Julie has no loyalty to her loyal customers esp she is getting new customers. I was her customer since 2014 when she had no customers & starting out. I'm glad I found out how she is- will kick you to the curb because she thinks she is blowing up. What a fake! In response to Julie response- please stop the madness- I did not cancell on you- I was driving to your salon all the way from Chula Vista even though I was not feeling 100%but you cancelled on me Julie because I called to tell you I was going to be 15 min late. Of all the times you were late evenyou know I was flying from Houston. I help build your business=gave you more than 25% tip yet - at times gave you 50% tip. YOU cancelled on me last minute. And not only you cancelled on me- you cancelled all the appts all the way to end of year , &you said- you cannot see me again. All those times I was loyal to you from 2014 when you had NO client t, now that you have lots clients - you just dropped me. So please stop being fake- you don't know...

I have very long hair, so I ended up needing more highlights than expected. I originally booked a partial, but to achieve my goal, we had to go full — and she let me know before we started. She clearly explained the price difference so I wouldn’t be blindsided.
