I came in with my mom to resize her ring, and Khai was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He treated her with such care, guiding her through the process and making sure everything was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.

The prices are very affordable , especially considering the quality of his work. He also helped me fixing the lock on my bag, he just took care of it quickly and easily.

His store has beautiful and unique pieces on display. Next time I’m looking for a ring, I’ll definitely go to Khai and work with him on a custom design.

Khai consistently goes above and beyond for his clients! They're not joking when they say he's a master jeweler. According to my fiance, the process of designing the engagement ring was easy and Khai provided previews and accepted feedback for every step! Khai was also transparent about the stone selection and made sure all the potential stones were to our specifications and price range. He knows his stuff!

I just took the ring back for cleaning and a minor adjustment to the setting, he took it, made the adjustment and then cleaned the ring for me in less than 5 minutes.
