Absolute TRAIN WRECK of a company to deal with!
There is a reason there rating is as low as it is and they definitely gets proven out when you actually decide to buy something from them.
First off the quality is JUST OK. It isn't the best stuff out there and it isn' the worst. You basically get pulled in by the fact that it seems like it may work for your requirement and that they have good customer service and can get it to you quickly and without issue. This is COMPLETELY inaccurate.
We went in there looking at a dining table and chair set and found something we thought would work for us. We were told if we ordered by a certain time/day that it would arrive the following Monday during their delivery window. Of course we ordered it well before the cut off and the following Monday came and went with NOTHING. No confirmation they would be delivering. No schedule of delivery and No contact from Modani whatsoever. That Monday came and went and we did not receive anything from them.
After contacting our sales rep at the store we were told that "something fell through the cracks" and they completely missed our order. Of course now that they only deliver on Monday's we had to wait another full week for this to get on a truck.
Fast forward ahead to the NEW delivery week and when they were supposed to be at my home to deliver. We were told initially that they should be at my home at approximately 5 or 6pm with our dining table. Of course this slipped and I got a call that they wouldn't be around until 7pm. And NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION after that....sitting around waiting these people didn't decide to show up until nearly 10pm that night with this table and chairs. Spent from there day I had to help them with everything just to get them out of here in an appropriate amount of time. Completely unacceptable for AVERAGE furniture at best!
Of course we were told prior that if there were issues with delivery that a refund for the delivery fee could be accommodated and I assumed that was going to happen with ALL of these issues. Apparently though Modani is in desperate need of money and decided they weren't going to refund the delivery fee. I am now having to deal with my credit card company to dispute the amount charged to me.
So basically:
DO NOT TRUST WHATEVER Ryan Adams TELL's YOU. He is lying.

Google needs to add a negative stars option for Modani. 🤮
I've done two total transactions with Modani and regret each one. Ryan, the San Diego store manager, promised a seamless delivery, and it was anything but that. The product was weeks late and cost me financially. I should have never repeated business with them and invoiced Modani under small claims court for the losses. I likely still will.
Fabian promised we wouldn't repeat the same situation as before as he took my money for the second deceitful transaction. This episode was actually worse, with not only delivery being unauthorized (we had already terminated this order, yet Modani held onto hope that we'd somehow still keep the couch if they brought it when they knew we wouldn't be in town). Idiots.
Their delivery company threw most of the pieces out of the truck and into the street. For some reason, the driver decided to gently lift down the final piece as seen in the photo. Oh how gracious of him! It's all captured on video, and I'm sure that the frames of the couch are completely shot. If anyone bought a white Bloom couch from them and it's suffering, my guess is that they resold you this one.
The driver then haphazardly positioned the pieces on my driveway with no release signature from me, and then the rain hit each piece for hours until we could get home and rearrange our garage to fit these until pickup. This was never our responsibility, and I intend to invoice Modani storage fees for the tragic, multi-week series of lies and ghetto ethics that they seem to think are satisfactory.
Again, with so many beautiful furniture brands, make a move away from Modani. You'll sing my...

Janece from customer service was really good at the beginning but not sure what happened....I have to take back my words, one of the person, I never want to work again.
Honestly, I wish I can give negative stars.....do not buy from Modani
The ordeal, the store sells you product which is not in stock and then you wait or ages, after order is placed the store never follows up even after every call you are promised to receive the call. You really hope not to work with the support one of the reudest and manipulative people you will ever meet.
My first sofa was defective confirmed by the modani service guy but customer service does not want to replace even though I had extended warrant for 5 years. I waS GHOSTED for 3 months and then I had to dispute with my credit card and then suddenly customer service started responding and trying to work things out.
Finally returned my first set and ordered a second set but now Modani delivers half of the order and does not deliver another half.Dumbest people ever....still the fight is going on...probably another dispute to follow.
Seriously, horrible service, Ryan is decent but rest of all of them are terrible and need basics of customer service training...
