It's a very old mall first one in San Diego. Actually, I remember going there in high school And it was really cool to Hangout.. There are no upscale shops here. As far as restaurants there's a new Panda Express, Pantera &Tender Greens. Of course, you can always grab a quick snack in Starbucks I'm in the same of Mendocino Farms plus Pesto. They have been trying to improve it over the years. I will say that TARGET has certainly come a long way. I went in there today for the first time in a very long time. They have a nice Starbucks seating area in there and offering some different Target snacks. This place wasnt crowded..Bed bath and beyond you must wear mask. No temperature checks, you could order online and pickup in store, or use curbside pickup. Checkout had 4 different cashiers, wiping down after each customer. There is handicap entrance, and parking. No wait time, less than a minute.
