This is my favorite nail salon. So far, I have been twice, and I am going to share my entire, fabulous experience. My first visit was on March 11. I scheduled a mani pedi one day in advance and was greeted with two technicians. Cindy and Holly. They took such great care of my nail beds. I have truly never experienced such detailed nurturing of my fingers and toes. With this alone I knew I would be returning. The ladies are so kind and treat me like a Queen. I did a gel removal on my toes and a classic pedicure with gel polish. The manicure was flawless. The ladies offered me "BioGel" I had never heard of it. They told me that it was great to maintain the health of my nails and to make them stronger. I decided to try it, its a coat that goes on before the typical gel process. It truly stood up. Typically I get gel polish chipping, peeling or both. Because my nails are typically flimsy, I go as short as possible to ensure the paint stays. With the BioGel, I had none of these issues. My nails are strong, longer than ever and stable. The gel polish has not chipped nor peeled not once! It was three and a half weeks until I returned to get them redone. Because Cindy and Holly make sure to do flawless work on the cuticles and paint the ENTIRE nail, I really could go three and a half weeks, and they didn't look too grown out. I did a gel removal on my toes and a classic pedicure with gel polish. I did a classic manicure with gel polish and BioGel. My total was $140 after a generous tip, of course. Next, I went back on April third and had another phenomenal experience. I was blessed to have Cindy and Holly again, even though I forgot to request them. They even remembered the nail polish I used last time, and I got the same color. The ladies were amazing as always, pampering me (: It has been three weeks now, and I will come in this week. The first three photos are from my very first trip on March 11. The fourth photo is from my second...
Read moreWow, we are absolutely thrilled that we discovered this nail salon! The convenience of being able to walk over outweighed the fact that parking is not free and requires payment. Although we didn't personally experience the parking situation, it might be worth noting for future visitors. During our visit, my daughter opted for acrylics while I indulged in a delightful mani/pedi. The nail technician assigned to me was incredible, paying close attention to my cuticles and nails. The accompanying massage was simply heavenly.
In terms of pricing, a fill came to $50, which I found to be reasonable. Additionally, the cost for a thorough mani/pedi with a callus treatment was $52, which I consider a great value for the level of service received.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this salon, and I would absolutely return...
Read moreAfter being a returning customer for the past 6 months, I have to say I was really disappointed with my last couple of visits and, unfortunately, won’t be coming back. I really liked the first few sets and the service I received here, which is why I kept returning.
However, during my recent visits, even though I booked appointments in advance, I still ended up waiting for nearly an hour each time. I’m not sure if the salon is overbooking or prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled clients, but either way, it made for a frustrating experience.
I gave it a second and even third chance, thinking maybe I just caught the salon on a busy day but was consistently let down. I hope the salon can improve their scheduling system and respect the customers' time. While I won’t be returning, I do hope to see the place improve for others...
