Do not trust them!!!!! Austin is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. He has been screening calls after he ordered the wrong cover and wouldn’t pay my deposit back. It all started 7 months ago when I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and I called him 30 minutes after he was supposed to arrive and he claimed he forgot where he wrote down my address. This should have been the first sign. Next he promised me a quote the same day and it took over 2 weeks he hear from him after emailing him twice. He sent me a quote and asked for a deposit which I did and asked for the invoice. It took weeks of calling, texting and emailing to get a response. He ignored my communication for months and I finally had my tenant call him because I was afraid he was screening my calls. My tenant got a hold of Austin right away and Austin explained that the company ordered the wrong cover and would t refund him... this means it was his fault. My tenant asked him to update me immediately and it took over a week to get back to me. Again he promised an email that evening with a payment schedule, and I received nothing. I still don’t have my full deposit and it has been over 6 months. Do not use...

I can not say enough good things about Austin's service. I run a luxury high traffic rental property right on the boardwalk in Mission beach & Austin has absolutely saved our spa. We were working with another company who could not keep it clear for more than a couple of days, was late, left equipment all over our property in disarray, was not responsive & just was a nightmare. Then I found Austin & he has been communicative, responds & is onsite whenever needed, & has just been a pleasure to work with. I've been using Pacific Pools (La Jolla Pool Service) for over a year now and Austin and his crew do an awesome job at a fair price. He was just by today and my spa wasn't heating properly. It turns out the temperature sensor was bad and Austin happened to have a new one in his truck. He fixed it in 15 minutes and now my spa takes 20 minutes to heat instead of 2 hours.
