Caffé di Talya - Coffee shop — Restaurant in San Diego

This is a cool spot to get authentic Italian espresso and coffee drinks. The Italian owner Gianfranco is usually making the drinks and he is a super nice, friendly, and helpful guy. You know it's good whenever you come in the morning and there are a bunch of people speaking Italian around you enjoying their coffees. He offers pastries all day with the coffees and his pizza after 5 PM is outstanding. I've made Caffé Di Talya a regular stop for morning coffee and anytime I crave pizza (after 5). I came with my three daughters and purchased three hot chocolate for them, it was $4.75 for each and I left a two dollar cash tip, two minutes in my 3 year-old spills her chocolate milk, now I understand it’s not the café fault, but it is expected the drink would be replaced when accidents happen without an extra charge, they did not do that, I had to pay another $4.75 to replace this spilled drink, decency and better customer service would be...

I was exploring town, looking for a nice coffee shop & went to Caffe Di Talya not knowing they had already closed. Yet...
