Poor customer service. The sales associates including the “manager” or supervisor working on Sunday December 22nd and the 24th were NOT the nicest.. To start with, on Sunday they had a wait line outside for customers trying to shop inside the store, the guy outside asked why I needed to go shop for? I told him I had a bracelet I got for my Mom, and needed to exchange the size, instead of letting me check out options inside the store, the guy decides to bring the bracelet all the way out of to the line where I was standing to do an exchange?? I got annoyed since as a customer you deserve to be treated like everyone else. The employees seemed annoyed, on December 24th, I took my Mom in to have her try on her bracelet that I couldn't exchange the first time, I felt embarrassed as my Mom also noticed their poor service, instead of helping, they had a poor attitude, after spending some time at the store and having to deal with their awful customer service, I told them they had a smaller size on display, which the manager refuse to, making things even more difficult. I also asked the sales person, if she was able to call another store? which she said "she couldn't.. Took the whole excitement of purchasing a bracelet to zero. Zero effort in communicating politely gave a really nasty attitude when i asked for certain designs. Like at this point i rather shop online . Felt like she didn’t want my service. If you hate your job so much look elsewhere that simple. Stop ruining peoples shopping...
Read moreThere's no point in ordering online to speed up the process. Placed the order at noon and by almost 6pm they didnt have it ready. Went to the store and when one of the girls tried to help me, I was told by another lady that since I havent received the emai, I had to wait and come back later because there was nothing they could do. First store I've seen that happen and I am a constant online shopper. I would recommend staying away from this location, the one in Plaza Bonita has way better...
