Party Time Liquor — Local services in San Diego

If I could give it a half star less I would. I am a normal working person who was walking by and observed the employee who works there at party Time liquor across the street yelling at home with people in their tents. He was expressing that he is what I see hates the homeless and that they're ruining his business although every time I go by his business there in his door spending money. Party Time is a complete disaster. I ordered a couple of items through Postmates and they didn’t even have them in stock. Instead of owning up to it, it turned into a nightmare trying to cancel—wasting my time, the driver’s time, and even Postmates customer service. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible.
