Cute stuff and all but customer service is definitely not the focus here - so not worth a visit as there are plenty of other places in San Diego with the same or better items, not as overpriced and much higher quality service. 1) A standard return policy consists of bringing the item back with tags and a receipt... not here. Even if you follow this, you can ONLY get store credit. I expect this from forever 21 store where things are of lower value. At this store, simple headbands are $25. This is NOT okay. Also, if their return policy is not the standard, the cashiers should take the time to ask customers if they’re aware of the return policy. It’s posted on the back for their POS system in a very small font. 2) 2 out of their 3 POS systems are usually out of service so always long lines. Good Vibes and Spider Mites! Two sides to this coin. The place is great, I love plants, got my son a stuffed animal and my wife grabbed a sweatshirt on our visit. The reason I can’t give five stars, is because if the pest infestation. I bought 4 plants, and of course the one that was more than the other 3 combined ended up being infested with spider mites. I couldn’t figure out why the leaves were dying. I thought root rot, but they were healthy. When I was checking that I saw spider mites everywhere under the leaves. Lesson, ALWAYS check your plants before you buy! Even in chic boutiques. It was my first time going to this location because I have been to the one in North Park, which was lovely and had helpful employees, they gave me such a great experience and it was definitely not the same at this location at Point Loma. The workers were so rude, made you feel very uncomfortable like if you being watched with every step that you do, maybe even a little prejudice. I didn’t appreciate the amount of disrespect I felt was being given when all I wanted to do was do an exchange and I believe the main managers name was Allisonm or maybe she was just the cash rep, but she made me feel so overwhelmed with her negative energy and I will definitely never go back to this...
