Olala Crepes — Restaurant in San Diego

I went there and there were two ladies there. I bought a tiny skinny little cone with two scoops of ice cream it costs ten bucks. I took like two licks and I did not like the flavor so I went back and I asked if I could get it changed for a different one because I barely even ate any of it. It’s not like I ate the whole thing and I’m asking for a brand new one. I barely even did a few licks. The lady told me that because of some random made up law that I could tell she just made up in her head that she couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t do anything wrong on their end and that it was just my preference. Obviously they didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t do anything wrong either. I just didn’t know that it was gonna taste so bad it’s not my fault. I assumed that it was gonna taste good and that I wasn’t asking for a refund. I wasn’t asking for my money back. I was just asking for a different flavor and they can throw away the one I didn’t eat or I can throw it away it doesn’t matter bc I was not gonna eat it anyways. After they told me that they can’t do anything about it , I just threw it away in the trashcan and left. That means I paid them 10 bucks for nothing because the flavor tasted bad so I threw it away. I’ve never had bad experiences here but after today I’m never coming back again. This could’ve been avoided if they let people sample flavors. I wish they would’ve handled the situation...

We have ordered the Je Suis Jaloux with the chicken, pesto and other goodies. This is my fave! The other is the Je Suis Presidente. If you love brie and bacon, order this! You will not be disappointed. Good portion and great flavors! My kids love the Kinder crepe which is packed with Nutella and the kinder chocolate bar. If you don't know what that is, you are missing out! Google it! The crepe was nice, light, and chewy with a good amount of Nutella.

They have a good selection of savory crepes, and dessert crepes, so I'll definitely be back to tackle more of the menu! This place knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to making a crepe and not just a sweet crepe but a wonderfully almost sinfully delicious savory crepe as well. Response: I remember very clearly what I ordered, you not listening properly is not my problem. I came back after taking ONE bite and realizing it tasted like Nutella and not cheese, feel free to check back on the cameras to see that crepe I returned was mostly complete. Yes I purchased the ice cream and did not ask for a refund for it or the crepe because I didn’t need to, I simply asked to get the correct crepe and paid the additional $3 the savory crepe cost.

Ordered a Rafine crepe and got a strawberry Nutella instead. I went back to ask for the correct one and the lady was extremely rude about it and started arguing with me until another man that works there had to step in for me to get the right order. The crepe had nothing special about it, 90% of it was mozzarella cheese, no sign of blue cheese and barely any fig jam. Not worth the price and bad customer service. Needless to say I won't...
