The coffee shop side I would give a 5 star great coffee good service every single time!! But the retail side I've been in 4-5 times (but never again) and they always have incompetent "lazy young kids" working the retail side (you can walk around for 10 minutes and they always just sit behind the register gabbing away)… They need some "older experienced employees" with much better retail experience on the retail side for sure... And I warning you and repeat don't ever buy anything if you may possibly return it. There customer service / return policy is terrible they won't take anything back even if it still has the tags on it and never been used!! They don't seem to get how making a customer happy even if it means taking a very small loss goes a long way!!!! MG wake up!! Company's like Land's End, REI, Athleta, Nordstrom, L.L. Bean get that concept and that's why there some of the biggest and best retailers!!... You could learn a lot from these company's MG if not you won't be...

Crazy packed on weekends but nice to stop here, get a coffee, and roam the grounds of Liberty Station. Things you should know: I. PARKING Oh, this place is easy. Liberty Station has multiple, large and free public lots to park your car with plenty of available spaces. II. SERVICE Timely for how packed they are on the weekend. They're grinding out drinks nonstop to keep the line moving! III. QUALITY Of good palatal standard. The design is appealing to be surrounded by as well ~ indoors and outdoors. IV. CAPACITY On weekends, the likelihood of you finding an indoor table to camp out and knock out work is slim, unless you're at a shared table. More seating tends to be outside. Lighting in this place isn't particularly good for my friends who do digital work at cafes since there are windows everywhere, but it's certainly a good spot to catch up...

Do not shop at this store! They’re totally overpriced, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and they have an absolutely caveman return policy where you can’t do a simple even exchange for a gift unless you know the exact date it was purchased so they can track down the transaction as if it’s the dark ages. If the gift is in one of their gift bags that you only receive if you make a purchase, and if it still has the tag attached, why am I treated like a criminal for requesting an even exchange of the item? When I asked for the employees name who was rude to me to, she said she couldn’t give out that information. I have honestly never been so mind blown!!
