Food and variety of restaurants has been great. The parking is not only a nightmare but ACE who runs the parking for the market place has terrible business practices that have made our family decide to discontinue frequenting this strip mall. The mall has three parking areas - all owned and operated by the same group. But the parking spaces are not simply assigned to the mall, they are assigned to specific groups of stores. There is no signs or anything to tell you this. But if you spend (as we do on a normal basis - like 5 times a week) $70 in a single trip on food at Starbucks, UTC Subs, and Regency Pizza but park near Rubicon, you cannot get your parking validated. This is despite the fact it is the same mall, owned by the same developers with parking operated by the same vendor. And vice versa. Shop on the side of the mall near Rubicon but park near Einstein Bagels, pay for parking. Yet... there are only ever spaces on one side of the mall. After spending about $70 at the mall today for lunch, I was told by the employee at the ice cream/ yogurt shop that he couldn't validate my parking because validation was for "customers". It is as if you went to UTC and bought something at Nordstrom's and were told that while parking is free for Nordstrom Customers, you need to pay for parking by Macy's unless you make a Macy's purchase because otherwise you are not a UTC customer since the spaces near Macy's simply say UTC Parking. This is the third issue we have had with ACE Parking at this site. And yes... the ACE employees told me on my last visit this wouldn't be an issue. He said, when I told him there was no parking in the lot... "park on the other side." "But,"I said, "I I shop on this side... can these shops validate if I park over there?" "Oh yes... it is the same mall." But apparently, only one ACE employee has any logic. The guy from ACE this time, said nope... can't do that. So we will no longer bother bringing the tenants at this mall our business and it is because the owner of the building can't manage to hire a parking vendor that isn't 'effed up. I sincerely hope that the building owner gets paid a percentage of gross receipts as part of their lease agreements because revenues for that mall just dropped by roughly...

Saw Dr. Mark Mofid at this plaza he's a plastic surgeon. And he is the worse and rudest doctor I've ever incountered!!! He charged me $18k for face n neck lift n rhinoplasty. Prior to surgery I asked if it didnt turn out as expected would he redo it n would there be an additional charge, I was told there wouldn't be additional charge n he'd redo it. Well when it didn't turn out as expected Dr. Mark Mofid promised to redo it but kept saying wait for several mnths. And kept putting me thru hoops. He started with all kinds of excuses to get outta not keeping his promise to fix the surgery gone bad!!! He's put me thru so much MENTAL STRESS" and FINANCIAL HARDSHIP" and left me with A $18k debt I'm still paying on my credit card. He's very Arrogant and extremely disrespectful.... zero manners. He doesnt listen to what you want even if it's ur money and ur face its his way or the highway!! He's all about the $$$$$. Please dont be fooled by him ull be sorry, I promise you. Im gonna start a page to find out how patients have been treated like me and hes gotten away with it. Ive already found 3 people by complaining to my clients and they mentioned they knew someone had same problems with him n didnt speak out and hes hoping id do the same. One of his patience I spoke to man that transitioned from male to female and dr Mofid meesed him up and the patient filled a grievance with his medical ins and one of his friend had same surgery and had problems too n has filled a grievance against him as well. He will yell at you and gas light you, put his hand out in ur face and tell you to stop talking everytime u try to speak. Do not be fooled by his charm. His office has few patients, only cuz he's cheap. I was gonna have my surgery with Dr. Koldstad one floor above him cuz he made my friend look 20yrs younger but I couldn't afford him, but at least he gives you what's promised to u and get what u paid for!! I've asked for a full refund and walked outta of the room and left me sitting after he yelled at Michelle and Natalia to leave the room as the were trying to speak with me about my concerns n console me. He has a great staff, but he's a horrible person and...

Went to REGENTS PIZZA for an after graduation lunch and EVERYTHING was good... plenty of seating, you can grab a menu, then place your order. Wait time was about 10 mins, we had a large order due to amount in our party. Salads, Pizza, Wings were great..!! Service was great as well. Nice decor & atmosphere. Parking is hard here on weekdays, and you also pay parking ($7.00), free on weekends. You can validate parking and get $3.00 off but only for an hour, so I would validate just before you leave. Handicapped parking & entrance with handicapped seating as well at shorter tables. They offer various pizzas from Chicago style to thin, wings are assorted spicy but not too spicy, a range of salads and they also offer Pizza of the month, eat in or take out. They also deliver... You can always purchase a pizza & pop it in oven at home. I would say pricing is moderate but well worth it. You can also join the points club if you tend to go there alot. The kids in our group enjoyed the food as well... We all give Regents Pizza a 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ on Everything & their staff.... Thank...

I have lived in the neighborhood for over two decades yet barely ever go to this mall. The parking traffic is horrific and is it pain getting in and out. Ace parking is the worst. If you don't have to go here for anything, then it's just as well to go to a different coffee shop or pharmacy because it's not worth the hassle. Needed to go to Walgreens but it's not clearly marked exactly where it is (entrance hidden on the east side of the building). Parked in the wrong lot (north) by where it said 'Pharmacy' on the building and then had to go back and move my car over to the south parking lot where it Walgreens is actually located to get free/validated parking. Since I was there 16 minutes, I got charged a dollar just to get out of the north lot to move to the south. Granted it's just a dollar but it's the principle of it all. Nickel and dime the customer. I would not recommend frequenting businesses at this mall unless they validate your parking ticket. You shouldn't have to pay a dime for all of the hassle you have to put up with getting in and out of this place.

This is a cute little center! They do have pay to park, however you can get your ace parking ticket validated. There is a Einstein Bagel's, Starbuck's, Mediterranean cafe, & a few other stores. We love the Einstein Bagels here! It is usually busy on weekends but they are pretty fast! The Starbuck's is good, fast, and busy too! The seating inside is a bit small but, plenty of outside seating available. The best part is this Starbuck's started a "Community Journal"!!! What a cute & fun idea!!! Fun for all ages too as both my daughter & I enjoyed it! It's fun not only to write in but to read as well!

I was in the area and stopped to find something to eat in the afternoon. Einstein Bagels was closed (at 2pm) and the Hot Chicken/Regents Pizzeria at the other end of the plaza was WAY OVERPRICED. Lots of empty retail/office space. This place caters to a socioeconomic class outside of my usual "average guy" establishments. Looks like a great place for Botox and Bagels.
