Terrible attitude at this store!
THEY DONāT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!
Iād been trying to call that store for 2 days straight but all you get is a message saying āenter your access codeā of course nobody has an access code. Even the San Diego Fashion Valley Mall, told me they were also asked for an access code, which they donāt have and can never reach that store.
I ordered a dress and received confirmation it was ready for pick up, when I drove 1 hour 15 minutes to pick it up to wear on my birthday the next day, they couldnāt find my order, they eventually found it but the dress wasnāt there. They ordered one online from customer service. Said they would give me a discount for my trouble but the snobby attitude manager said she couldnāt. I was promised next day shipping that was last Friday, I still donāt have my dress and absolutely no apology.
They are so snobby and rude.
I drove 2 and a half hours there and back because they have managed to switch their phone to need an ACCESS CODE. After 2 days calling them and driving there, I STILL DONāT HAVE MY DRESS & I took a lot of snobby attitude. And all they said was it must have been a glitch! I think they sold my dress! While I needed to bring the crew to get everyone outfits from all the places, I was a little embarrassed by the behavior of one. Not terrible, but not the best. The ladyās at WHBM did not bat an eye and, in fact, made me so comfortable shopping. They went above and beyond to help not only me, but my daughter find appropriate outfits to try on for our special occasion. They helped me try on clothes and brought me new ideas and even encouraged the littlest to have fun with the heels. The one who hates shopping has his own place to sit and be comfortable. I cannot express my gratitude for their happiness, kindness, and how much fun they were. I love WHBM and have many staple pieces, but after the wonderful experience today, they will always be my first stop. Next time, without the kids who hate shopping, lol. They are always nice not like Jersey folks just plain rude. They never give me grief for returning things, the New Jersey store gives customer so much grief for returning within 30 day. They also refuse to do any price adjustment even though it is within the policy. On top of that the store manager here is super nice and they have better quality inventory and better style of clothes they bring in the store. The sales rep know styling, gives great styling tips vs. New Jersey sales rep claims to be stylist opening my curtain while I was undressed and touch me without my consent.
