Lucky Feet Shoes — Local services in San Dimas

I found Lucky Feet by using search engine for good walking shoes. I visited store in San Dimas and received great customer service as soon as I walked thru the door by a Welcome :) and acknowledgement I was there. I had someone let me know they would be with me as soon as they could since they were busy. I was asked what I was looking for and then they had me get their foot analysis to see how I step. I'm sure if you don't want to do you can bypass. I was brought out up to six pairs of different walking shoes of different brands. I need shoes that do not hurt my feet since I'm on them quite a bit. I made a purchase of two walking, one stylish sandal and one slip on for indoors. I also purchased insoles. After about one week I ended up having to return two of my purchases due to discomfort. I was asked if we could try something different due to where my discomfort was. I did and she noticed I had bunions and recommended different shoe style :) All the staff there have been knowledgeable on the shoes they sell. Two weeks later I had to bring back one of my other walking shoes due to same discomfort. By the way save your box in case you do return in 30 days otherwise restocking fee. I since have returned two pairs of walking shoes and one slip on without an issue. I also had one of my insoles exchanged because I was told on last visit they were too big. I was told to bring back my second pair of inserts and they would exchange also since the ones I had purchased were too big. I want to give a acknowledgement to Ana, Samantha and Ryan for each time I came back I was given great customer service even though they had other customers in a very busy store. So far shoes are working and I recommend if you need a good pair of shoes to invest the money...

If your feet hurt, this is the place! I have plantar fasciitis, so it's not enough for my shoes to look good, they have to actually be good. The quality and support of my footwear is all that's keeping me vertical. I'd tried ordering some sneakers online but it took several tries to find something that worked. I really wanted to be able to try things on before buying. Enter Lucky Feet! The associate I worked with, Ryan, was kind and helpful. He started off by finding out exactly what I needed, doing an assessment of where I was putting pressure on my feet, asking about the styles and colors I liked, etc. He brought out a lot of choices for me to try, all of which felt better than most of the shoes I've ever worn. As I'd hoped, the comfort factor was definitely there but I was surprised at how much I liked the look of the shoes. Before I got to the store, I had resigned myself to walking out with a pair of giant orthopedic shoes that looked like moster trucks, but the choices they offered were actually very cute! I ended up with two pairs of shoes I love that I don't think I would have ever found on my own. I'll definitely be back. Apparently, my feet really only like the shoes...

I just came out from the store that I have been visiting for years and there is a relatively new person that works there who was extremely rude. I walked in waiting for my turn to be helped .. an associate who knows me waved hi to me but she was busy helping other another customer .. her colleague however finished helping his customer .. so I expected he would help me.. but what he does he starts helping the customer who came a few minutes after me. I follows him away from the ears of the customer to point up to him politely that I came first. He started talking that he doesn’t want to steal the other employee customer .. I’m not her customer .. she is new to the store, and he went on saying he heard her say she will help me when she’s done .. but that happened only when she saw he started helping the other customer. I pointed out this to him and he kept on insisting on denying the while thing.. never once said I’m sorry and I didn’t know you were waiting for me. I’m not anybody’s customer .. they don’t own me. I just wanted to be helped by whoever was available .. the store manager was not there so I just left. So annoyed and disappointed!!! Used to be my...
