Parking attendant's behavior is unacceptable, disrespectful, humiliating and threatening. On February 28th 2014 10pm My wife and I were parking at this establishment to my greatest regret. When car was picked up attendant did not hand me the car's intelligent key, (key only has to be in vicinity of car to operate) I paid and drove off. 30 minutes later on our way home realized I don't have my key so we drove back to garage. Upon arrival explained attendant the situation. He insisted that without key I wouldn't have been able to drive the car, but My wife also had her key I was explaining. Then he got really upset and made us get out of the car while he was screaming, then he got furious when he found the key on the passenger's seat. My wife was sitting on it and we never thought to look there. The first attendant put it there when he drove the car to us at pick up. Which would have been fine, we could have had a laugh, it happens. But this man was acting like an animal, screaming, pointing fingers. Then he sat into a customers pickup truck slammed the door insanely (a customer's car I am emphasizing) as I was backing out from the drive way he stepped on the accelerator and aggressively approached our car, but in the last minute he steered to the side. There were numerous customers waiting for their cars and he created this embarrassing scene. He humiliated me, threatened me and put us at danger unnecessarily...
Read moreI do NOT recommend parking here. They leave the keys inside every car. Sure, they're there watching the cars, but what if by chance they're not watching or in the bathroom then someone can just run in and steal a car.
The reason why you really shouldn't park here is the guy scratched my car against another car when backing it out for me.
The guy gaslighted me by saying he didn't hit the other car. The employees working here don't care. They don't offer any consideration. They are just minimally working a job.
Park somewhere else and don't waste your money here. You risk getting your car back scratched , and they don't do anything about it even when I saw it happen in front of my own eyes! I should have recorded it on video with my phone.
What can improve? Hire guys who understand customer service and take accountability when they damage a car. Have a manager's phone number available when an employee can't handle the situation...
Read moreThieves. Parked my car there last night at around 9 pm. The guy didnt bother to mention that it closes at midnight even after we told him that we were just here for a comedy show and were not staying in the city. Sure enough we got back at 12:15 and it was closed. I called the phone number about 3 times till someone answered and said "what time is it? Come on" and hung up. They need a bigger sign or need to point out the hours of operation. I picked up my car this morning and i had to pay 20$ on top of the 15$ i paid last night to get my car back. The guy in the morning shift said "this happens all the time". Im pretty sure they do this to make more...
