Such a lovely little mom & pop, staff so helpful & respectful, never getting annoyed if u ask questions, they're quite the opposite & always willing to help! It's so easy to go to the store a few doors down (live @ Turk&Taylor) but many ppl including myself continue to have negative experiences (exp. food, gnats in the icebox & hot food - like their Mac n cheese - from not being covered, double sliding ur card or overcharging if ur not payin attention, just very rude/shady ppl all around) & so I've been tryin to get everyone in my building to walk the extra block to Dalda's instead, to support a store that actually has fresh products run by ppl who are not tryin to rip u off or see u as their next quick buck, who will even ask wat ur tryin to find so they can have it next time! Read moreThey should be ashamed. Located in the heart of the Tenderloin, majority residents are low income, yet Daldas has the nerve to charge $8.00 for a gallon of milk. You can get it at Walgreens for nearly half as much. They are OVER-PRICED. AND..you dont see many brand items on their shelves. You HAVE to buy the brand they stock.
