I had a miserable experience here and I feel like I got scammed and if you go here you might too, so I strongly suggest you find another place to get your cell phone fixed.

The first three times I showed up after calling, the store was closed when it was supposed to be open. That was really frustrating. Finally it was open and I paid the deposit, but then I never heard back from the store when the screen was supposed to arrive. The owner promised the screen would be coming the next day on multiple occasions, but he kept not contacting me, and finally I gave up and asked for my money back, but he refused.

The next day he reached out and said the screen arrived, and we arranged to meet at his store at a specific time. When the time arrived, and I showed up, the store was closed. I had not been informed it would be closed, but then when I called, he said he had some kind of plumbing emergency that meant he wouldn’t be coming in today. I had not been informed of this issue before I arrived at the scheduled time. So then, for actual real, he asked me to leave my phone at the pizza place across the street, but I refused.

Anyway, eventually he was open and eventually the screen got replaced, although for $30 more than I was originally quoted on the phone. For nearly a week, I was not completely unhappy with my experience - aside from the totally unacceptable events discussed above. I was just glad it was all over. But then a week later, the screen stopped working. And when I went in to see what he would do, he refused to do anything and said I would have to replace the screen all over again.

I am not sure if this is simply one giant scam or if the owner is just completely inept and unprofessional or what. But whatever is going on, you should definitely save yourself the inconvenience and expense and trouble of going to this store and not actually getting what you want, or indeed anything at all,...

I sat my phone on top of my car and asked my daughter to grab it before we pulled off…of course she didn’t hear me so Several blocks away I realized I didn’t have phone and of course my daughter didn’t hear me , so she never grabbed phoneit.My youngest daughter alerts she that she remembers hearing something fall off the car.God news is that I found it! Bad news is that it was completely shattered on the front and back ( I phone)..I had no idea when I’d be able to replace my phone because I had a lot going on this month ( daughter’s sweet 16, need 4 new tires,etc etc.. DO NOT GO HERE!! All reviews say decent thing however my experience seemed great and the guy seemed nice. Yet after I pay $200 usd for my 'new screen' , I come back and he hands me my phone and says "We ran out of clear screen protectors so I gave you a privacy (tinted) screen protector free of charge. I should have known, but three days later I took the screen protector off and my phone screen had scratched and marks all over it! Not a great way to make a tourists holiday. This place ripped me off. So go somewhere...
