[Update] I reached out to the assistant manager, who assured me they would speak with the employee. They also offered me a gift card, which I appreciated but ultimately declined. My main reason for calling was to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Overall, I feel better about the situation and appreciate being heard.

Had a really uncomfortable experience here. A staff member barged into the dressing room while I was changing because they heard a metal sound and assumed I was removing a security tag. It was just my bag strap. I tried to brush it off, but that’s not okay, and it could easily happen to someone else. Luckily, I was almost done changing, but what if I wasn’t? If you think someone’s stealing, wait outside and ask, don’t just barge in. I'm not planning on coming back anytime...

I just wanted to tell you that day I came in and bought all that stuff from you, then called you back a couple of times? Oh yes, then your staff accused me of being romantically attracted to you?

Whitney, I need to be blunt with you. I never, ever had any kind of feelings for you other than gratitude which you and your staff misinterpret and I have no doubt you aren't mature enough to admit you were wrong since its easier to smear me, all when I was excited about going up and down thew west coast buying vintage clothing in little towns and stores then bringing them to stores in SF for resale.

After over an hour of poking around the store, I discovered an amazing grey leather jacket that cost me $125 after the clerk knocked $25 off because the shoulders were distorted from being on a hanger for so long. I figured the jacket might stretch back to normal with a bit of wear, and I was right. I have never seen anything like this jacket. It is the coolest item of clothing I have ever owned. No design label—just a European jacket size. People literally stop me on the street to ask where I got it. People have offered to buy it off my back. I can't promise you the same luck, but who knows?
