Food at Bizza is always good.
Staff are always very nice and happy to help. T hey have several vegan options which are all really good too.
However, I've had a few bad experiences with their delivery - we usually order through postmates, but both times we've ordered from them directly via the phone we've had issues.
The first time I had them deliver directly , my friend called because our order was taking longer than what we'd been told - my friend told the staff member what our order was and address - she was reassured that our order was on the way.
About another hour goes by, and my friend calls again. By this time, it's near 11 pm. This time, the staff member was aggressive with her and shouted that he had too many deliveries to make and that they only had 1 driver, and that he was busy. He then hung up on her.
She called back. We were both shocked. She reintroduced herself and was immediately hung up on again by the same member of staff.
The other day, we ordered directly again - this time, my order, which was supposed to be vegan, came with cheese.
I recommend ordering thru a 3rd party service, at least that way you can get credit or a refund.

Read morePizza was okay, nothing special, but Service was very rude. They made a mistake with my order, only one topping instead of two, which was not a big deal for me, so I just requested to re-do the pizza, but the guy was kind of pissed and repeatedly claimed that he did what I ordered, even though the receipt from the kiosk proofed him wrong.
After realizing his mistake he just slammed on another topping and shoved the pizza back into oven. I told him that this will overcook the already done pizza and will not work for me, but he just ignored me.
So I waited another oven cycle for something which will obviously be a very crispy slice of pizza. When the overcooked pizza came out of the oven I refused to take it and requested a refund, which he denied.
He then did the pizza from scratch again and finally served me what I had ordered.
Mistakes happen, so that would have not be a big problem. I stayed polite during the whole process, but he was very rude, didn’t listen to anything I said and did not even try to fix the problem to my satisfaction.
