Save your money. NOT worth it at all. I visited your restaurant yesterday for the first time to celebrate two very special occasions — my wife’s birthday and our recent engagement. Upon arrival, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of being offered champagne in honor of our celebration. It set a promising tone for the evening, and we were excited for what we hoped would be a memorable dining experience.
Unfortunately, our experience quickly took a turn for the worse.
The meal began with a major disappointment: I found a piece of plastic in my starter dish. This was not only unappetizing but also a serious safety concern. What added to the frustration was the complete lack of acknowledgment — no apology from the kitchen or management, and no gesture to amend the issue, not even a discount. For a bill nearing $500, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality and accountability.
The issues continued with a soup course that arrived nearly at room temperature — far from acceptable. Then came the chicken dish, which was bland and under-seasoned to the point that I had to request salt and pepper. For a Michelin-starred restaurant, this was surprising and quite frankly, unacceptable.
The most anticipated part of the meal, the wagyu striploin, was the final letdown. The quality of the meat was overshadowed by an overpowering red sauce that tasted alarmingly similar to canned pasta sauce. It masked the flavor of the wagyu entirely, making the experience feel more like a rushed cafeteria meal than a fine dining moment.
I am sharing this feedback not out of malice, but out of genuine disappointment. We chose your restaurant with high hopes on a night that meant a lot to us. What we received felt not only underwhelming, but disrespectful for the price and prestige this restaurant...

This is an interesting dining experience. The main gimmick is a projected tiny chef on your table who harvests and cooks your food, which is projected onto your plate. After each video, the wait staff brings out the corresponding meal matching the projected video you just saw.
The projection is neat, but not amazing. It's very Instagram-friendly, but there's not much else to it.
Food is fine. It's comparable to a good, but not exceptional, restaurant.
Service was excellent. There's a large amount of staff who are very attentive. This was a real standout and the service was comparable to high end restaurants.
I think the real complaint is cost and value. At $160+ a person, this meal absolutely does not justify that cost. For that amount of money, you can eat at a Michelin starred restaurant or significantly better fine dining experience.
Lastly, you should be aware that it is nearly impossible to call the restaurant or speak to a person if you have questions. The website and reservation system has a web chat, but the agents are shared across all locations and they cannot accommodate changes or special requests. I consider this an absolute deal-breaker - if you're going to charge this much, I should be able to call the restaurant and speak...
Read moreI took my wife this week because I thought it would be a fantastic experience for her, especially since she loves cooking. I was expecting something incredible and fun, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment and absolutely not worth the price.
Our table was tucked into a corner, and the noise level from other guests was overwhelming. While the show itself was visually charming, that’s about where the positives end. The seating arrangement was poorly designed—we constantly had to pass our plates awkwardly in front of other guests.
The food was another letdown. It arrived cold, lacked flavor, and overall felt uninspired. What was supposed to be a memorable culinary experience turned into an overpriced disappointment. Many restaurants offer far superior food and service for the same or even lower prices.
The shows were rushed, leaving barely any time to enjoy the meal—not that it mattered, given the lackluster quality. Even the dessert, which I had hoped would be a redeeming moment, was bland and unimpressive.
I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. Save your money and support places that truly value quality...
