This place reminded me of Little Big Burger in Portland. Kind of a local up and comer that could potentially follow in the foot steps of bigger burger spots like Shake Shack and Five Guys. These guys definitely have potential to be really big. All the good stuff seem to be in place...the hip décor, friendly staff, and most importantly good yet affordable food.
I came here at 9 PM on a Wednesday and was surprised on how busy this place was. Luckily there was no line until after I got my food but it was a good nine people deep and never really died down the whole time I was there. I ordered the Mini Burger with bacon and all the free toppings (lettuce, tomato, red onions, super sauce, jalapeno peppers, grilled onions, and pickles) for under $10 after tax and the garlic fries with three dipping sauces (Super sauce, homemade mayo, Chipotle).
The burger was above average but what I really loved about this place was the garlic fries and dipping sauces. Awesome stuff. Where else can you get garlic fries outside of a sports arena? Really though, I don't know why more places don't have garlic fries. Obviously people love this stuff if they are willing to pay $10 at a stadium for it. The garlic fries are good by them selves but add in the Super Duper sauce and it is fricking amazing. To be honest I don't know what the Super Duper sauce is and I can't really describe it (I know, terrible for a someone that writes about food). Whatever, it's damn good just get it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
When I'm looking to make my fat day count I will be back here for sure. I will be getting their spiked shake next...

Sometimes, a day of city adventures calls for a serious food fix. That’s exactly where my friends and I found ourselves—eight hungry souls in need of something hearty after an afternoon of day drinking, admiring festive lights, and gearing up for a night on the town. The verdict? Burgers. And fate led us to Super Duper Burger.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear we’d stumbled upon a gem. The restaurant boasts a clean, modern design with a rustic California vibe that feels effortlessly cool. Despite it being a Saturday, there was no chaotic crowd or long wait. Instead, we were greeted by sleek self-service kiosks, making the ordering process a breeze.
In just minutes, our food arrived, and let me tell you—this wasn’t just any burger. It was the burger. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it instantly earned a spot on my list of all-time favorites. The homemade pickles were a delightful surprise, adding a tangy crunch that took each bite to the next level. And the fries? Crispy, golden, and paired with three dipping sauces that made them impossible to resist.
If you ever find yourself in the city craving a burger, Super Duper Burger should be at the top of your list. Quick service, incredible flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere make it the perfect pit stop for a satisfying meal. Trust me, you’ll...
Read moreI've been eating at Super Duper burgers since they opened their first San Francisco location; 2013 IIRC. From the beginning SD has been my go-to measure for best burger around.
I've had elevated foie gras burgers, kobe and wagyu burgers, burgers adorned with artisanal cheese and heirloom bacons, not to mention several of each kind of fast food burger from coast to coast, from Sonic to In-N-Out to McDonalds. I've even sampled local, specialty burgers from the Ibiza Sports Club to Little Big Burger (Portland, OR) to Harvey's, Earl's, and Hudson's (all in Canada).
Super Duper has always been my favorite. There's something about the mix of meats and the cooking method that always respects and never overpowers the star of the show: the meat. Umami comes thorough, crusty exterior with medium interior, juicy, never overworked.
I like the truffle garlic cheesy fries but it's the burgers (these days wrapped in lettuce because #keto) that steal the show. Every damn...
