I recently visited St. Patrick's Church in San Francisco, and it was a lovely experience. The Gothic Revival architecture is truly stunning, especially the vibrant stained-glass windows that bring the interior to life. The church offers a peaceful respite from the city's hustle and bustle, making it a perfect place for quiet reflection. The service I attended was meaningful, though a bit longer than expected. Overall, it's a beautiful, serene spot worth visiting, especially if you appreciate historic architecture and spiritual spaces.

Gorgeous church!! Full of rich history. So happy they had a Noon Mass on a Saturday. Well attended too. It was Blessed Mother’s special day and they had roses we could offer to her. Mass was very nice. Thank you all for your ministry to the tourists and residents of San Francisco. God bless.

Really peaceful and great place for prayer. Located on Mission Street between 3rd and 4th Street. As you step in you will see many statutes and places for lighting candles. Regular mass Weekdays and Saturday 7:30, 12:10, 5:15. Sunday mass 7:30, 9:30, 12:00, 5:15 pm.

I'm writing everyone that goes to church, for their help, my daughter needs a heart transplant, and I'm asking everyone on earth to give just 25 cents, if you can, thank you, if you can't, thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this, I'm a single father that's not to proud to beg for help, if you do decide to help, go to my go fund me page, look up zoepigg, and give if you can, cause my daughter needs all the help she can get. See friends there's this thing called a donor list, and the only ones that moves up the list is the Rich, while the poor kids just move farther and farther away from the top, this is a disgrace and a practice the medical profession has been doing for years, my daughter has 6 months to live if she doesn't have this operation, thanks for taking the time out of your day to read this and God bless you. Oh one more thing, when you go to church this Sunday, can you please say a prayer for my daughter,....

Mass is lovely; the cantor sings like an angel. The pastor can be a bit winded; but good homilies. I give it two stars because in the last month or two, the church has been undergoing renovations and Mass is in the parish hall. EVERY time I’ve been to Mass in the last month (4X, including today, Ash Wednesday), the ushers stand in the back and talk during Mass. They aren’t even whispering! I find their behavior disrespectful and distracting. Someone needs to tell them to be quiet or go outside.😠 This is an updated review. Mass is celebrated in the church again; after months of renovations. Since my last review, I’m giving St Patrick’s 4 stars because the ushers are sitting in the pews celebrating Mass quietly. The priest still gives long but thought provoking homilies; just wish he’d cut down on constantly asking for money before the final blessing. Great place to connect...

Just take money, try to say all the prayers, buy candles and rosaries, buy flowers. Try not to day anything. They will never have a meeting a meal or a party. You will always be paying to the Archbishops fund. $90,000 will go to the Archbishop in Oakland and another $250,000.00 will disappear into the building next door. They lived in there for forty years. Nothing is ever cooked in basement except for Xmas. The priests spend about five thousand a month going to the Phillipines and Africa on the plane. The Office secretary gets paid $50 000.00 a year. The ushers seem to win the Xmas lottery. The cleaning men are in the church being paid for forty years. They share nothing. Not a sole ever Loan's you money or buys you a meal. The nun has nothing. She apparently visits the...
