Great drop in exercise option when Iām in the area for work. Did one of the classes - challenging! Iād definitely do it again. It was a terrific workout that you could ramp up or down to fit your level. I used the shower and towels - needed it bc it was a good workout (and warm in there). Decent facilities. Little things could make the gym even better. The class is in the same general area as the main gym. This means there were really loud jarring sounds when another person working out crashed her weights to the floor. It wouldnāt be so unsettling if youāre working out with headphones on but wasnāt ideal in the class. Maybe they can move the class to the back room.
