Went there yesterday for couples massage : 2 hours sessions each.

First the good part : very clean facility , and exceptionally great oil massage for me.

I gave 3 starts rating as an average for 1: star or 0 for facial and 5 stars for massage .

First of all , when I booked for 2 sessions for each of us , they said you can come and customize and suggested facial and oil massage for me and Thai massage and anything that he can choose after going there. When we reached there , the staff was confused , said the Facial person was out but within 2 mins arranged facial with the same masseuse (which I think wasn't expert with the facial ) again our experience with massages were great , but facial was really bad , i did not feel relaxed at all during the facial , she barely touched my face for entire one hour session , did not touch my neck at all, no initial clean up , steaming the face , cleaning black heads etc , even after all this my skin felt extremely irritated and broke out heavily in just hours.

On top of all this our session was 220 for each , but charged 250 each with some ridiculous reason , whereas was clearly mentioned on phone it...

I recently visited this spa and was blown away by the interior design. The pictures don't do it justice - walking inside feels like stepping out of the city and into a much-needed retreat. The service is exceptional, on par with a 5-star hotel. The staff pays close attention to detail and is 100% professional.

The spa is impeccably clean and well-run, and the online booking system makes it easy to choose a therapist. I had the pleasure of being recommended to Nick by a friend, and I'm so glad I booked with him. He went above and beyond to provide a strong massage that was fully customized to my needs.

I visited on a weekday, as I had heard that Sundays can be busy, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. Despite there being other customers around, it was easy to forget they were there.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the provision of smocks and flip-flops to wear during the treatment - it's a small detail, but it made me feel like I was truly entering a sanctuary.

Overall, I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality experience and an escape from the hustle and bustle...

I had the BEST experience at Thy Spa today!! It hands down was the best massage I think I ever had! I have had Thai style massage before, but this by far was the real deal... my massage therapist Jib was so friendly and professional from the beginning! The staff were also so professional and welcoming when I arrived :) I even got to meet the owner Ben and he reassured me to feel at home and enjoy the ambiance and refreshments :) Jiv was very communicative and wanted to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my session the entire time, which I really appreciated. The place has a lovely and very clean decor. Very striking and warm. Beautiful authentic Thai pieces. The massage itself had a nice combination of acupressure massage , oil massage and stretches (I received a combo Swedish and Thai oil massage) it was lovely!! Do yourself a favor and get a massage here! I promise you, you will not...
