Even tho absolutely no work had begun and the order was cancelled immediately (within an hour after leaving the shop) THEY WILL NOT RETURN my deposit, with no work being performed outside of a crude sketch, done in front of us, that took minutes and wasn't one she liked, (and said so many times) and even offered her thoughts.
