This is a multilevel business center with a Carl's Jr on the first floor and professional offices above this building is located catty-cornered from the actual tourist/Bart destination that most of the photos and reviews here are referencing. The first floor Carl's Jr is open 24/7 while the business center is open M-F with each business dictating it's own personal hours many by appointment only. In reference to the discriminatory reviews stating the displeasure of unhoused/addicted/mental health crisis individuals I say this, yes, this building backs up to the beginnings of the cultural diverse and economically challenged area of San Francisco called the Tenderloin. While it may appear to be filled with these negative ideas this neighborhood houses many lovely families, businesses and individuals who should not be judged by the appearance of the lower economic appearance of people on the street possibly panhandling. You are safe here as you are on most places in the city just follow common sense safety precautions and you should be fine. I have never been a victim of crime at this particular location myself and often utilize the services...

With all of the high-end designer stores and small,but well known up and coming stores all in one short walk from one another. It also was and still is a center point for the Bart, SF Muni, the Trolly Car rides, and all other spots that the average tourist wants to see when visiting SF.Its been several years since my move here and even though this area itself (buildings, landscaping and outlay) hasn't changed much from my first visit until now, a lot of the artsy, musical, diverse and welcoming events, displays and demonstrations now are either no longer present aa a Was wee wdifferent when you visit this area. The major overall feel is no longer there. "THIS IS SAN FRANCISCO" is gone and "lets get the hell outta here and back home" has arrived.
