Neighbors Laundromat — Local services in San Francisco

I used to love this laundromat, been coming here for years and always enjoyed a pleasant experience, but that ended today. Unfortunately I will have to find a new place to wash my clothes. During my visit one of the larger washing machines (avoid #19) was not functioning properly so I called the owner to report it. She responded quickly, but then tried to blame the incident on me. Made for a really awkward experience to have her complain that she was spending money on water when my concern was that machine was not dispensing water... After reminding her I'd have to pay to run the washer again, and a bit of back and forth, she finally gave me a refund. She then proceeded to watch me on camera to make sure I re-washed the load. How do I know? I had an upcoming meeting so couldn't re-wash at that exact moment and she came down to confront (some might even say harass) me about it. Super clean with choice of 5 super large load washing machines or more than a dozen smaller load washing machines with tons of options like extra wash, rinse, soak, etc. Has 1 large & 1 small folding station in the back, change machine that dispenses $0.25 or $1 coins and credit card machine that you can use for the machines.
