Inconsistent, disappointing customer service. Lack of size availability on many items. Unless things change here, it’s probably better to buy online and maybe use this store for processing returns.

In the middle of being assisted, I was dropped for another customer and ignored for long stretches of time. The store was not busy. While trying on clothes, and waiting for items I had already requested, was met with flustered questions like “Wait, what did you ask for again?” or I was brought the wrong sizes. Then ignored again.

If staff are not able to help multiple people at the same time, they should focus on the customer they have already been helping, rather than dumping them for someone else who walks in. Couldn’t tell if this staff member was more interested in flirting with women shopping for their husbands or they were just making a bet that they could make more money off of other customers than me? It was strange.

Unfortunately this location does not represent the Todd Snyder brand well. Will continue to buy their clothes online, but can’t imagine rewarding disrespectful staff with commissions by shopping at this...

I recently visited this new men's store and was blown away by the beautiful clothing and the great location. The store had a fantastic selection of high-quality clothing that was both stylish and functional. However, I was disappointed by the lack of attention we received from the sales staff. Despite browsing the store for quite some time, not a single salesperson acknowledged my partner and me. The only person who was genuinely friendly was the security guard, who greeted us when we entered and said goodbye when we left. While the clothing and location are fantastic, the lack of customer service left a bit to be desired. Overall, I would recommend checking out this store for the quality of the clothing, but I hope the staff can improve their customer service...

Bought a Dylan leather jacket - it got rained on while jumping into my car last week and started BLEEDING black ink and stained my entire car seat. Tested it further just to make sure, and rubbing a slightly damp paper towel will cause ink bleeds.

Todd Snyder claims that this is to be expected of their leather products (despite no handling instructions), that this product is not "waterproof", and that it is in fact not a manufacturer's defect. No returns, no willingness to provide resolution, and very disappointing response for a $1,400 jacket. Its no surprise that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau -...
