sabrina did a great job. but her service attitude has to be improved. i was 7 minutes late due to traffic. on my way i sent her a message. upon my arrival i tried to call her several times, because she didn't answer the phone. i couldn't find her studio since there is no sign outside the building. and it's my first time coming to san francisco. because of that we've lost further 20 minutes. during the process i tried to start a conversation, but she was grumpy all the time. the painting should dry for at least 20 minutes, i got "thrown out" only a few minutes after she's finished the painting. in total i got 50 minutes of my 60 minutes private appointment. for the good work i would recommend her, yet a good service attitude is missing.

since google don't have an answer button for customers, here's my answer to sabreena's comment: thank you for your answer. but i see no improvement in your attitude towards customers. i chose your shop over other shops based on the good reviews on google. as mentioned before i do appreciate your good work. i'm even promoting your business by telling everyone who are interested about the great design you did that i'm wearing on my hands. i admitted that i was 7 minutes late. as a world traveller i have a tight schedule to keep for getting as much as possible of each destination. it is true that i tried to contact you before my arrival and unfortunately you were not available. good business does not only mean to deliver good work, but most importantly, good service. customer spend their money to feel welcomed and being valued. i'm sure, you as a business owner know that well. i have experienced very good services and service attitude of other business owners elsewhere, who still want to improve in case the customer is not confident with the provided service. i'm sorry that you don't see my honest review as an opportunity to learn and improve in your business. my intention is not to offend nor to harm you. i have invested time and energy to show that i care enough to write a review about my experience. once again, i do appreciate your great work and still recommend other customers to go to your shop. improvement on your side, especially in service attitude and communication, is...

This is a tattoo review. Very nice work with the tattoo. Artist would work well with people who don’t have specifics for what they want and just allow the artist the creative freedom. I would say it’s good to know that the tattoo might be free handed and not prepared ahead of time. This means your going to be paying for the art to be drawn on and this two hour just drawing it on can vary in price 600-900 depending on how long it takes(rate $300hr). My experience was this tattoo took in my opinion a very long time. I would definitely say that I planned for a four hour session and it took seven hours. The unexpected increase in price would be worth mentioning in this review for future people, it was mentioned that it may take a little bit longer than expected but it would be nice to check in and make sure finances are in order, and schedule arnt an issue when time increased . Cash payment. No vistors allowed other than whoever gets tattooed. Tattoo artist did not offer any water, or accommodation for staying longer or just to make you comfortable.
