I purchased a dinette and sofa. The dinette arrived on time and in great condition. The factory was delayed in getting the sofa delivered, but the owner made sure to follow up with me promptly and was very apologetic. He even sent me a (brand new) loaner couch while we waited for my actual couch to arrive. When there were more delays at the factory, he sent his son to tell me in person because there were issues with my phone. It's a pleasure to take the lift to the top and stroll around. You see some really neat stuff you may or may not afford. Really, I'd give it 4 stars if it were not for the rudely officious security staff. Seriously, they could let me re-park my bike from the front to the back instead of kicking me out of the building. Installed a Great Gatsby themed event here and the space was wonderful! Onsite security, lots of ramps. No Back loading dock but it worked out ok. The space is so open and the brick walls are beautiful. Theres a big stage area and dance floor, a bar, concealed coat check, 2 elevators and wonderful glass ceiling, a balloon drop was hung on the 4th floor.
