Customer service and just basic courtesy is lacking in this store. I have an issue with 4 chairs I bought, I contacted the store. First time an employee said they would follow up and get back to me and he never did, then I called again and spoke with the manager , who was one of the coldest and unhelpful people I have spoken to in a long time. He again would not assist me and insisted I have to contact customer service, and that there is no other way they are willing to help me with the issue with the chairs. It’s been 2 weeks and still no response from customer service . Basically it seems they just don’t care about solving issues with their products, and just care about selling and that’s it. I will never step foot in that store, and I think the manager needs to get some training in basic customer service , and start learning about being proactive solving issues that can naturally come up. Read moreAfter 7-8 months use of our Hampton sofa, we were shocked to see a rip on the two seater. This was very unexpected as the brand is known for its quality. We immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation. Virgile our customer service associate has been super understanding of our frustrations (rip getting larger, fabric discontinued, not comfortable to have two seater again) and has been discussing many options with HQ. In the meanwhile, Virgile has also been very good with communication and constantly letting me know that he’s working on it even though it’s taking awhile, especially during Covid.
