Suzy Safdie at Circa lighting is an incredible resource. She's a professional lighting designer with over 15 years of experience and has been indispensable for our home remodel project. She knows everything from the technical details of can lights (function, kelvin, warmth, etc.) to the perfect height for decorative fixtures. Since we purchased all of our can lights for our remodel through Circa lighting, her lighting design services were included! The value for the cost is unmatched.

Suzy has helped us through the whole lighting design process. She reviewed our architect's lighting plan and made suggestions, helped us select the best can lights for each purpose/room, and has even made several site visits to make recommendations and help educate our electricians. She truly has gone above and beyond.

What’s more, Circa lighting sells the best can lights. They are made by Tech Lighting and are only slightly more expensive than Halo but offer significantly better quality and function (you can adjust both the lighting direction and beam spread). They also have outdoor lighting and an amazing decorative lighting selection. Suzy helped us navigate our way through all of it and we are so grateful for her help.

From the moment I stepped into this high styled chic showroom I just loved The eclectic variety and stunning & simply beautiful pieces they carry. I could hardly believe that there was such a fantastic variety to see and to choose from. Most importantly I found my dream chandelier - The Talia! We placed a $4000 order for 9 lights, and unfortunately I screwed up and installed the wrong rough in box for three of the lights. I called to see if we could exchange the 3 lights for store credit and the store denied it because it was outside of the return window of 30 days.

The store still sells these exact same lights. The lights were not installed and were in the original packaging. Terrible customer service. I didn’t realize light fixtures were perishable items and went bad after 30 days.

You can buy the same manufacturer’s lights from many different retailers. My advice is to avoid this retailer and buy your lights from a store that has better customer service. We’ve had good experience with Lumens and Lofings Lighting. I’ll never order lights from Circa again for any of our future developments...
