Similar experience as others… I had appointments for a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure… starting 50 minutes late only to have them accept 5 other customers whilst absolutely everything was rushed and out of order… like polish and then massage and paraffin on my hands, then polish and paraffin after my pedi-polish. And before all of that, having the manicure towel with all of my dead cuticle cuttings thrown onto my lap as I was asked to move to the pedicure chair. At the end, the paraffin and lotion on my legs was not even wiped off…

For those who prefer natural manicures, they use the same nail file/buffer as they do for others as well as have old nail polishes. They use the same substance for both base and top coat. My manicure and pedicure lasted all of about 2 hours or less, which is less than the amount of time I actually spent there as I had to wait for three different women to tag team on everything.

The staff are super nice, and they apologized…but wondering if either the working conditions are not conducive to proper nail service or if they think requesting people to come back for an appointment would be more productive.

I have never had such an awful experience at a nail salon before. The main issue was the quality of their work - I had tips put on my nails and they were not only at a crazy angle going up into the air with some of them going the wrong direction, but they really butchered my nails and were rude when I asked them to put them on straight. While I am used to broken English in a nail salon, the woman who was working with me spoke no English at all so it was really difficult to know what I was going to get after asking. My pedi went well but when they told me my toes were dry and put them in my shoes all of it came off. Will not be coming here again (picture shows what they considered to be straight even...
