I saw someone share this place on Instagram and decided to stop by. Nora and Cindy helped me customize my color based on what I wanted and it came out perfectly! They took their time doing my manicure and pedicure and made sure I was happy with the colors I chose. They even offered some tea and cookies! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon

Terrible... The first picture is what I asked for the other two pictures is what I got. I asked several times if she could do what was on the picture and she kept saying yes.. only to be disappointed with the outcome and try and instruct her on what to do.. I want else where and got them done exactly as the picture was.

I have never been more dissatisfied with my nails! I have gone to many nail salons and this one was the absolute worst. I went in for a simple Gel Mani and it was God awful. It looked like it had been done 3 weeks ago due to the massive gap between where she placed the nail polish and where my nail actually started. The color was painted horribly and the color did not match. I usually do not take the time to write negative reviews but people need to be warned. DO NOT GO TO...

I am very particular about my nails because I have done my own for years. I love when I can find someone who does them as good or better than I do. I’ve loved going here. The technicians are so friendly, lovely, and have a good sense of humor. If you don’t love a color out of the bottle, change it. If you don’t love your nail shape, say something. Comparable prices to other salons in San Francisco. Zero complaints....

Just moved to the city and was lucky enough to find this place. I LOVE this nail salon! I won’t go anywhere else now. The women are so kind and welcoming. They offer you tea or water when you walk in and even give you a little plate with cookies and a small pastry. They do an amazing job and are also so affordable. 100/10 would recommend. Thank you Divisadero Nails for the best customer service I’ve ever...
